Terms and Conditions for Verovion
These terms apply to Verovion, including the Bowl Archive, Bowl Circle, Bowl Notes, collector profiles, direct messages, Diamond Balance, and diamond support or other supported credit actions inside the app.
What do the key Verovion terms mean?
Bowl Archive means the saved bowl references, photos, and notes a user keeps inside the app. Bowl Circle means the community feed where users publish and discover bowl-related posts. Bowl Notes means the captions, archive notes, or post text attached to a saved or published bowl entry. Diamond Balance means the in-app credit total attached to a user account. Diamond Support means a supported action where diamond credits are sent through the app in connection with a post or community interaction. Community Content means posts, images, captions, profiles, messages, reports, and related user-submitted material.
How do you accept these terms?
Creating an account, continuing past the entry flow, or using Verovion after these terms are posted means the user accepts them. Anyone who does not agree should not use the service.
How may the service be used?
Verovion may be used only for lawful personal activity related to saving bowl references, publishing Bowl Notes, browsing Bowl Circle, sending direct messages, managing a collector profile, and using Diamond Balance for supported in-app actions. Activity that interferes with service operation, scrapes other users' content at scale, bypasses purchase handling, or abuses moderation tools is not allowed.
How do accounts and profiles work?
Each user is responsible for the accuracy of profile details and for activity that occurs through the account. Verovion may suspend or close accounts that impersonate others, repeatedly violate community rules, abuse purchase systems, or create a safety risk for other users.
Who owns content and service materials?
Verovion and its service materials, excluding Community Content provided by users, remain the property of the app operator or its licensors. Users keep ownership of the content they create, but they grant Verovion the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, moderate, remove, and back up that content so the service can operate.
How do in-app purchases, Diamond Balance, and diamond support work?
Diamond credits are licensed, non-transferable digital items that may be used only inside Verovion for supported in-app actions such as recharge-related account use and Diamond Support. Diamond credits are not cash, have no value outside the service, and are not refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Purchases are processed through the platform billing system. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com unless local law requires a different path. Verovion may review transaction identifiers, entitlement history, and support records to confirm delivery or investigate fraud.
Unused diamond credits expire 12 months after they are added to an account unless local law requires a different period. Credits may also be removed if a charge is reversed, a purchase is canceled, or an account is closed for a serious policy violation.
Verovion may offer restore or re-sync tools for eligible credit purchases, but availability depends on platform account state, transaction history, and whether the original purchase remains valid. If Diamond Support is sent through a supported flow, the corresponding balance change is final once the app confirms the action.
How does Bowl Circle content and messaging get moderated?
Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the Community Content they upload, publish, or send. Content that is abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, infringing, unlawful, or intended to harass another person is not allowed.
Verovion may remove content, limit visibility, disable messages, or suspend accounts when moderation review finds a rule violation or a credible safety concern. Users may report a post or profile and may block another account, and those actions can reduce visibility or access while a review is underway.
Direct messages, Bowl Notes, and profile content must not be used to stalk, threaten, solicit illegal activity, evade a previous block, or misrepresent identity. Repeated misuse can lead to permanent account closure.
If content is believed to have been removed in error, a review request can be sent to support@verovion.com with enough detail for verification.
What limits, disclaimers, and liability rules apply?
Verovion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent content availability, or that every community interaction will reach its intended audience.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Verovion for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of USD $9.99 or the payments made by the user to Verovion during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
How available will the service be?
Features, community tools, and purchase flows may change, pause, or be removed when maintenance, security, legal requirements, or product updates make that necessary. Verovion is not liable for downtime caused by platform providers, connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or other external systems outside reasonable control.
How will changes be announced?
Material changes to these terms will be announced through an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material edits that clarify wording, fix errors, or reflect operational changes may take effect sooner when legally allowed.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of Verovion, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in the user's place of residence require otherwise.
How can you contact Verovion?
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@verovion.com.
